Custom Cakes

Here are some samples of some of the types of cakes I have done as well as what you should expect to pay for them.
All cakes are made to order, never frozen, and are not like your typical "grocery store" cake.  Cakes, even "sheet cakes" are layers and filled with your choice of filling, from whipped cream to chocolate mousse to fresh fruits.  Icing choices are endless, and fondant is also available. Prices are varied by type of cake, filling, and amount of custom work involved.  Please contact me for details.

feeds 15-20 People, 3 layers with filling - $25-$29



Special Occasion Cakes
Excellent Quality Ingredients (Godiva, Valhrona, etc) Serves 15-20, $25-$35

Custom Special Occasion Cakes
Filled Cakes, Iced with your choice of Buttercream with Fondant Accents
Prices based per serving – Starting at $2.90pp (example – 20 servings=$58.00)

Special Occasion Fondant Cakes
Multiple layered carved cakes, all accents in fondant or other edibles.
Prices based per serving, starting at $3.25pp (Purse cake such as this - $42.00)

Special Occasion Stacked/Tiered Cakes
Prices based per serving and amount of work involved, as well as fondant choices
Prices start at $2.95 for Buttercream work, $3.25 for fondant covered cakes
Prices vary based on size.  Larger cakes, such as wedding cakes, start at $2.10pp for cakes to feed over 100.

Beach Themed Cookies

Beach themed cookies for a Family vacation - also available are lighthouses, starfish, flowers, sanddollars - pretty much anything you can think of beachwise!

Birthday Cake

This cake is a lemon infused vanilla, divided into four layers that are iced with a lemon zested cream cheese buttercream. Between the middle layers there is a layer of homemade strawberry preserves. The rose is made of fondant and painted with raspberry juice and luster dust, the berries and leaves are real.

This cake will serve 10-12 people.
